Asbestos

Environmental
We offer a wide range of environmental services to assist General Contractors, Developers, Owners, and Homeowners in achieving site compliance and in achieving overall project goals. In addition to managing all aspects of large scale asbestos abatement and monitoring, we have successfully completed soil remediation projects for public entities including Marta, Atlanta Housing Authority, and the City of Atlanta. We have provided the oversight and management for the closure of Water Wells and Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) per state regulations. Our team assists in identifying hazardous materials and managing the removal and manifest of materials to approved landfills, based on profiles. ensure the safety and health of the people living near the demolition site. Recycling
Southern Demolition and Environmental assesses materials for re-use or recycling prior to demolition. Materials such as concrete, asphalt, unpainted drywall, doors, windows, trim, architectural elements, appliances, metals, wiring, carpeting, and framing are identified and routed to appropriate sites designed to keep as many of these materials out of the traditional landfills. Grading
We can make a leveled or sloped base for various construction projects. Our team offers land grading in conjunction with clearing and grubbing. We also provide infill lot grading and hauling services.
