Construction Project Manager Construction Project Manager Job Duties: Plan, direct, coordinate, supervise personnel and activities related to construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems. Develop construction design using AutoCAD, plan project milestones and deliverables using Navisworks and Primavera P6. Analyze structural design using STAAD Pro / SAP 2000 to determine structural strength and assess tools, equipment, materials and labor required for the project. Assess DOT project requirements using site plans and 3D modeling/3DsMax technology to determine project requirements Ensure project plan and design comply with federal and state rules and regulations. Develop, negotiate and execute contracts in accordance with contract law. Supervise the demolition team: permit expediter, heavy equipment operator, site supervisor and site labor personnel. Assign close out duties to the team to ensure all permits and inspections are completed and comply with the safety regulations. Conduct audit and job costing for internal analysis. Perform value engineering and life cycle cost analysis to determine procurement of machines and heavy equipment Job requirements: Bachelor Degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related plus 2 years of construction design experience using STAAD Pro, 3D modeling/3DsMAX technology and AutoCAD Special Software/Hardware Skills Needed: Yes Special Skills: 2 years of construction design experience using STAAD Pro, 3D modeling/3DsMAX technology and AutoCAD Job Requirements: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Months of Experience: 24 Requires a Drivers License: NA Annual Salary: 64522.00/Year
